    The Fuel floats.

As the water is at the bottom of the tank you can carefully close the valve on the tank, open the fitting and place a bucket under the pipe, slowly open the valve and allow the water to empty until you have fuel, you will need to run off some fuel until you get it pure.

This will only clear the water enough to use it, once the fuel has all been used the tank will need tipping up to get the rest out.

Failing all that, go to Halfords and buy a oil/fuel extractor.

Its a suction pump, put a pipe to the bottom of tank and pump the extractor, it will suck water until oil starts to come, best of luck.

Did you put new oil in to see if the burning still works. Or do you think the water get into it.
