My gums are quite thin and dentist mentioned not suitable
for standard implants. Does any dentist in Cork area fit a smaller
implant to give me 2 new teeth on top and bottom to enable me
to chew as my own teeth are missing there. Any help would
    be appreciated.

The gum being thin is not really a problem. The ridge of bone being thin is but can be augmented with a bone grafting technique...

Pm sent for a specialist clinic in cork,

    All the best,
