Stamped West & Son miniature trophy

Hi I came across this miniature trophy with a series of stamps and wondering if any of you can help me out? The trophy is about 8cm high with no other inscriptions. Thanks a million!

The hallmark indicates that it's sterling silver and was stamped in the Dublin assay office in 1946. It doesn't look like much craftsmanship was involved so it's value is probably based on the silver content given that there's no indication of which event it was associated with.
