    Does anyone know what a SAD document is and how to get one? I've been trying to contact customs to find out, but there doesn't appear to be anyone at work.

    According to google is a Single Administrative Document some links there to Revenue and other pages.

    I thought it was a document you could print out from somewhere, but apparently it's not. You have to go into a customs office. These people are so horrible to deal with.

    Is it a blank sAD document you are looking for to declare an item you are exporting ?

    They used to come 4-part , but original can be copied when filled in
