    Hey guys,

Not trying to start a debate, just looking for info, plain and simple

A friend of mine is looking to start a martial art in South County Dublin, she was attacked a year or two back and it was recommended to her by her counselor to start a self defense class. I have trained in Krav 3 times a week for the past 8 months, and have read every thread on here about different self defence methods. Although I'm happy to keep doing Krav (it's just for the craic and the keeping fit), I don't want her to get a false sense of security from it and it's similar brethren. I've recommended to her that she find somewhere to learn MMA, Boxing, Thai Boxing or BJJ.

So that's what I'm looking for. Can you recommend a good gym in Shankill/Bray or along the Dart line. One that trains hard, plenty of sparring, but at the same time caters to lower weight classes.

Please no endless debate on which art is better, I know the regulars are tired of it.

    Thanks a lot guys! :D
