    I have a Swiss arms chest rig in od. It's the kind that everything to the front and has a pocket for trauma plate but your back is left free attaches across the back on an x pattern

    here ya go buddy. there is also a triple m4 mag pouch with it but ill also have 5 od pouches that came from a warrior vest for extra if you want

    30 posted and an extra 20 if you want the warrior pouches. No nothing on the back just a belt around the waist with small Molle loop if you want to attach a waist pouch. It has a mesh pocket behind the front for trauma plate but the whole panel itself has a compartment behind for maps or if you want to fill it out to give it rigidity
