Final bill credit

Hello, I got my final bill which shows a credit due back to me. I was paying by direct debit. Is the credit put back into the account that i was paying the DD from? And if so how long does it take? Cheers

I got my final bill which shows a credit due back to me. I was paying by direct debit. Is the credit put back into the account that i was paying the DD from? And if so how long does it take?

Hi jjpep,

If the final bill you received was in credit. The credit will be issued via cheque in a 3-5 week time frame. If you want to PM your account number and name on the account and I can confirm that for you.
