    I'd personally say G-shock myself.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

not so sure are G-shock the most durable on the planet, good for occasional rough use, go swimming a lot and the plastic around the buttons of g shock corroded/decayed from the warm water, end result water got into the watch and destroyed it

g shock managed fine in cold water

back in the day, timex in their ads claimed that the only way to break your timex was with your heel, dunno about the modern ones, i have some old ones they keep going on an on and on, they got damp, they got left on the window sill for years, but they are still going, no good for swimming tho, i have two new one coming in from the states in a few weeks from a watch guy, funny thing we have been tangling for donkeys years yet we have never met orhave seen pics of one another, also we both have a variation of the same illness.

    I'd go with a Suunto

The narrower a man’s mind, the broader his statements.
