    Hi guys

My girlfriend was going through her pay slips from from January and February when she was working in HMV and noticed she was emergency taxed nearly 1500.

If she wants to make a claim, as well as filling out a p50, does she have to include her p45 from HMV for will the p45 from her most recent job do, as she never got a p45 from HMV.

Also, should she include the payslips?

    Many thanks :)

Have her contact her local paye section and ask what information they have on file for her this year. It may be that Revenue already have this info on file. If its already on file then its the P50 + the P45 from her most recent employment.
