Reactive hypoglycaemia, seeking doctor Cork City

Hi, I'm looking for a doctor in Cork City who will test me for reactive hypoglycaemia. My GP isn't interested because she doesn't even know the condition exists, and I'm already tested negative for diabetes and thyroid problems. I'd be extremely grateful for any recommendations.
