Issue with AVG (free) 2012

    So I have AVG 2012 on my computer and as for last night it won't scan for rook-kit and keeps requests me to restart and when I do it requests it again. I thus tried to update to 2013 (free) and it won't install I then tried to uninstall and it won't !

    Help !
