Any suggestions or pointers to a professional organization that would do a test and report on a electric motor power output.

Are you looking for a dyno test?

What type of motor is it? Do you want the control gear tested too, as this often can effect motor output.

I would guess that the places that do rewinds would be able to test them. Or would know where to get a motor tested.

Clane electrical could do a test and rewind if required. Prob have to replace the bearings regardsless. Prob cost about 25--300

Just a torque test as dispute on the motor output but I need it to be done professionally as evidence to stand over it may be needed.
