    I am finding my bath slow to empty, think it's probably clogged with hair. Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

    If you can remove the side panel you'll have access to the trap.

    As above.... If you cant remove the side pan then curtain wire works great.

    Dont be temped to use anything caustic if it comes back up it can scratch the bath

    If you are not comfy with clearing out the trap pour a good sup of thick domestos in there and leave for a few hours. then rinse.
    Bar something serious in there it should clear!

    ( i am making a massive presumtion you are not connected to a septic tank, if you are disregard completely)

    Thanks for all the replies especially about the domestos as I do have a septic tank. Filled the bath with water, pulled the plug and plunged like a lunatic and there seems to be an improvement in emptying.

    Whats an alternative product to use instead of Domestos with a septic tank/
