what make of stove is this

As above im looking for a small bit of info on this stove i just got of a friend, it's been in a shed for a few years and all rusted, i just want to know what way does the grate operate? As the pic shows i cant make out if it's all 1 piece or what part's move. It has a boiler in it and also a hot plate.
