I have been contemplating getting the flu shot this year but I keep hearing contradicting stories from people as to whether to bother with it or not.

    Is it safe?

I am not in a risk group but have had flu 3 times before but my immune system has improved since then.

I don't want to be laid up for a couple of days feeling under weather, lacking in energy or having a sore arm...none of this appeals to me...

Can anyone share their experiences of the flu shot and would they recommend it or not..thanks

we can't comment on whether you should get it. speak to your gp or pharmacist.
