    On the 10th of November at 14.00, Kru Tony Moore will hold a seminar at our gym at the Lacken Road Business Park, Lacken Road, Waterford.

    This will be a fantastic opportunity to improve your Muaythai skills and Tony's knowledge is renowned the world over.
    This will be a four hour seminar costing €20, which is amazing value.

    fantastic value , what you'd learn from him in that 4 hours is worth 10 times 20 quid :D

    Kru Tony was in our gym all night tonight doing private lessons, his clinch knowledge is absolutely unbelievable.
    Anyone who hasn't trained under Tony yet and have some free time tomorrow come along for an amazing seminar.
    There's still some spaces left if your interested.
