Transfering fro DIT to another collage (UCC)

Is it possible for at first year in DIT to transfer to UCC before first year is completed. I would like to move to another colllage as DIT isn't working out and just want to know if its possible to do so.

Ronan I'm not sure, but have you spoken to your tutor about why DIT isn't working out, so he/she can try and address it?
