How do you apply for a child to be on Toy show?

I don't mean for the child to sing or dance, but to review the toys. I have the most hilarious nephew, he would be brilliant at it. I know for the child performers you send in footage of them but what about the kids who just review?

Afaik tubs usually invites parents/guardians to send in pic or video of children usually around beginning of Oct. Might even announce it this week, just keep an eye on it. Good luck

He mentioned it last week, but it sounded like it was more for singers/dancers to perform on it instead of review the things. I don't know what to do, send a video to them of my nephew just talking?

Going by past child guests you would need to be politically connected to a certain party but not sure if this still applies

Did it occur to you that people might not give a flying f*ck how hilarious your nephew is; and as you're not the childs parent, you shouldn't be trying to push them onto national television?

This year the Late Late Toy Show will take place on Friday 30th November. We are looking for talented boys and girls from all over the country to help us demonstrate toys and entertain us on the night. So, if your child is part of a performing group, in a band or choir, a comedian, dancer or magician and would like to apply for an audition for this year's Toy Show please see the following application guidelines:

. Send us DVD, video tape, CD or cassette of your child performing or demonstrating a toy to this address:
The Late Late Toy Show, PO Box 170, RTÉ, Dublin 4

. Mark clearly on the front of the DVD/tape whether you would like to audition for toy demonstration or performance.

. The closing date for applications is Monday 8th October. Auditions will be held roughly three weeks after the closing date.

. Due to volume of applications we receive we will only contact those who have been successful in securing an audition.

. Please do not send us anything you want back as we can't return it.
