    Hi out there,

I am trying to arrange our first family snow holiday (child will be almost 4), and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for companies to use and any tips for getting a reduced price from them

Any help would be most appreciated.

    Val Cenis in France.

Check out the CIS there. www.cis-valcenis.com It's a fabulous set-up for families with children. I know, we've been going there since the kids started to ski. The creche there takes kids from three months, ski school takes them from three years.

It's also got the longest green run in Europe, so even beginners can get down the mountain safely without killing themselves.

The CIS provides basic accommodation, but lots of good food and wine, a kiddy club, and no one minds if kids run around the place. They also have really good deals for young kids. Their price includes accommodation, all meals (including four course lunch and wine) entertainment, and ski pass.

They have a little ski shuttle which collects your little darliings from the front door at 9am to take them to ski school, and takes back in time for lunch. Same in the afternoon. So parents have time to ski too.

Not included in the price is getting there, and usually ski hire (excellent ski hire on the premises) and lessons and drinking money.
