Ok, have test on wednesday and have a question where i'm not sure on one of the engine parts and I can't find a diagram that matches my 98 Ford Fiesta.
I've taken a picture and numbered them.
So 1 is the Windscreen washer, 3 is the power steering, 4 is the oil.
So which of 2 + 5 is the brake fluid and coolant?

Also the windscreen washer doesnt have a min/max whatever I pour in Just disappears down, is this right?. Front washer works but back washer isnt ejecting anything at the moment, hoping they wont want to see it working, just ask how it works.

    Thanks.

    2. Coolant.
    5. Brake fluid.

Although they are typically clearly marked on the reservoirs themselves.

Keep pouring water and screen wash till it's full, most washer bottles I've seen have been over 2 litres.

Check around in the boot for a washer bottle for the rear wiper. It may be behind a bit of trim on the side, there should be an obvious flap.

1 looks to be a bit confusing, it looks as if there is just one container with two caps, but this cant be right so its probably the washers and its hidden by the coolant header tank.

Far as I know, fords of that era had the windscreen washer where number 1 is. Escort is the same too.

Here it is from another angle

Nothing to do with the bit circled by the way

Yep number 1 is the windscreen washer reservoir,it's full but still isn't feeding the back window washer.makes noise like its trying to spray but nothing coming out

How long ago did it stop working? Possibly just a blocked jet. Did you try clearing it with a pin?
