Am looking for a well priced chest freezer and wondering where to source one, second hand ideally.

Had a look at the local classifieds to no avail. Are there any shops that deal in second hand appliances?

Chest freezers in powercity start from €165.

Even the large ones are not massively expensive. I don't know that it's wise to be considering a second hand one unless its a friend / relative thats getting rid for a bonafide reason.

Some stores are now selling "seconds", brand new but with slight cosmetic damage, so they might be worth checking out.

    Duffy's in Athlone for example.
