    This isn't school guys. There's a bank holiday I believe.

    There have certainly been no Halloween breaks in the last 5 years. It allows us to have our exams before Xmas to not ruin the holidays like they do in other (sub standard) universities.

    There have certainly been no Halloween breaks in the last 5 years. It allows us to have our exams before Xmas to not ruin the holidays like they do in other (sub standard) universities.
    Considering we're also back the first week in September (at least 2 weeks before most other colleges) thereby gaining even more time over the rest of 'em, I personally think a week's break around the end of October isn't a bad idea. It'd be nice to have a breather to catch up on stuff that's inevitably missed.
    With the calender linked above, it'd mean that we'd be finished on the 21st December at the latest, but given the way NUIG schedules exams, I'm positive that could be reduced.
