Would you drive on them for 2 months ?

Getting abit annoyed with my comedy 19 inch wheels with accelera rubber on them atm and thinking of swapping to my 18 inch factory alloys that have Nankangs on them for 2 months or so until i sort some new wheels.

Non standards have 1 with a major buckle and 2 with small ones so is some vibration, ju7st want to know how bad are Nankangs, would they maybe be ok for afew weeks until i got some part worns or ?

    Thanks :pac:

I used to have nangkangs on the xantia. They're not awfully bad and nowhere near as bad as the cheaper chineese tyres.

Hmm, time to go check the thread depth on both and do some beard scratching

    Thanks

One of them, I think it is the NS2, is supposed to be a reasonable enough tire. But Id do a lot of research into what you are getting; Nankang have a reputation of being in the bracket of Chinese ditch finder quality, and Id be pretty wary of putting them on my car if Im honest, especially coming into winter with wet/cold roads. Especially if you drive anything with a bit of performance I would steer well clear.

I will take some pics in afew mins, im off out to prep them for plastidipping before i decide which to spray, might do 2 coats tonight 2 in the morning unless it stays fairly dry. Had builders over and it's lashing all day

Nankang tyres aren't great but I would choose them over Accelera any day of the week. So if you have been driving around on the latter then you will find the former a pleasant surprise!

On my alfa, the acceleras were way better than the nankangs in the wet!
