Rathdrum, Wicklow exchange

    Anyone in Wicklow hooked up to the Rathdrum exchange getting decent speeds? Vodafone home broadband tells me they can't improve my BB speed until Eircom upgrade the exchange. Getting a 1 MB download and about 250kb upload.

    I called Eircom today to see if the exchange was due an upgrade and was told...
    "I have checked and there are no plans yet to upgrade this exchange unfortunately."
