    Hi Guys
Supposing someone had a child and had a court order for access every tuesday night until wed evening.
Supposing this person had an arrangement with his employer for three years where he had every wednesday off to accomodate this.
Now the employer has demanded he works wednesdays.
This imaginary person is worried he will be breaking the order.

My understanding is the employer has no responsibilities whatsoever would I be right to assume it would be up to the persons involved to agree a change or revisit the access order to accomodate both parties.

Where would you legally stand in between now and a possible future court date.

Btw I have no kids :)
