Bus Eireann 126 will take you from Kildare to Newlands Cross and you can walk down Belgard Road from there.

There's a couple of times a day the 126 goes to Tallaght itself. 8.05 and 10 according to here.

Nothing direct that would suit normal working hours.

Either BE route 126 to Newlands X and then 76/76a along Belgard Road, or Dublin Coach to Red Cow and LUAS to Belgard.

Where in Kildare town and Cookstown Industrial Estate may alter your choices.

Dublin Coach from Kildare Village shopping centre to Red Cow Luas and Luas Red Line to Belgard / Cookstown.

Train Heuston Station and Luas Red Line to Belgard / Cookstown.
