Perfume never arrived!!!!!!

Hi all ordered over €300 of perfume on adverts which I love buying from anyway there's absolutely no sign of it!!!!!!!! Rang pm'd (ah should be there this week going on now for a month) bloody crazy told them to refund my cash they put €120 in it but when I asked them will I pay by pay pal they said no they have to track everything????? Very strange this suitation and I'm very very concerned with them only putting €120 in my account I paid them by bank transfer cash though, I see there still trading that's grand but just don't understand what's going on can someone please advise me on what to do please???? Thank you

adverts isn't a single person or company who sell perfume. You paid 300 euro to someone who you found through adverts. Contact that person and get your money back, you say you paid through paypal, so if you haven't received your products, you can go about claiming the money back. Contact the seller on adverts first, then if that doesn't go well, contact paypal and attempt to get your money back

I realise that there not and no paid by bank transfer cash for my goods they refunded only €120 in to my pay pal account as when I asked will I pay the €300 to them via pay pal they said no they need it put into there bank account!!!! Just find it strange to be honest thank you for your reply
