Trying to trace a fortycoats annual I had a s a kid. I have done a search online but have come up with nothing. I suppose another problem in tracing it is that there may have been more than one published in the early 1980s.

Anybody have it (them)? If so they might provide a cover scan and barcode number.

Took awhile to dig it out, knew we had one somewhere at home. I took a photo of the cover for ya

There was no barcode on the book as far as I could make out.

Thanks for that!A blast from the past. It isn't the one I had (It had a photograph still on the cover) They probably churned loads of them out in the early 1980's. Shame that most of this Irish produced memorabilia isn't available to buy on sites like e-bay and amazon. Even the like of second hand bookshops seem to have dried up......

    Ps. Appreciate the upload :-)

No Worries at all, from what I can remember I think that particular one was from somewhere around 1984? I think

Ah good old fortycoats with his 50 pockets. Were his friends call slightly bonkers and so far so good. I used to love it. As said a blast from the past. :)

Yes, it was more likely to have been from 1984 or thereabouts. I'd really love to track down a copy (pure sentimental value)

I'm sure someone has it lying around in an attic somewhere

Just so there is no confusion my Dad is most definitely NOT Fran Dempsey who played Fortycoats on TV - you'll have to trust me on this one
