Hi,
My name's Meabh and I'm the events manager for artsoc this year. Artsoc meets every week to practice various art forms: oil painting, water colours, clay, still life, plate design, Christmas card making even henna tattoos and nail art are just some of the things we've done in the past.

We pick a different art form each week and we're a very friendly bunch. It doesn't matter if you have no experience or feel like you can't draw. We'll do our best to guide you and the aim is to just have fun. There's usually some free pizza too

What's great is that you only have to pay 4 euro for the year and we'll supply all the art materials you'll need! We also do an international trip every year as well as visits to art galleries. Last year we did an Easter trip to a chocolate factory where we designed our own chocolate bunnies which was great fun and we'll be doing it again this year.
