    What would be a nice handy meal to cook for 4 people.

    I don't think my pan would hold enough veggies for 4 people so maybe something in a pot?

    Or maybe the pan would? It's a normal sized pan :P

    What about something you can prepare most of in advance like a fish pie or a lasagne and then just before serving make a big fresh salad - it means you can enjoy the company of your guests.

    Lasagne wouldn't be bad. The food would be for students :)
