    Hi All,
thought it might be useful to have a reference for theatre venues in Dublin
(If you are either looking to put on a show or simply looking for places to go see a show).

I've put a rough version below (my interest is primarily is as a list of receiving venues so I've focused on specs, but we can include an indication of the type of work each theatre focuses on)

You could also add Draíocht in Blanchardstown and the Civic Theatre in Tallaght, Teacher's Club Parnell Square and the Players Theatre, same building as the Samuel Beckett Theatre in Trinity College - I can't find any link that that one though which is odd! Maybe it goes under Samuel Beckett Theatre too :)

Thanks miamee , Added this , I couldn't find any details for players either, just added it as a note in the Samuel beckett entry. Theatre@36 is the teachers club theatre, there's an entry for that.

If anyone can provide details for players I'll split it out.

The Mill Theatre has 2 theatre spaces. The main auditorium holds 205.

The studio (now called the Maureen O'Hara Theatre) holds 40/45. They have a few payment options for hiring the studio including a fixed fee or a door split

The Mill also have a marketing team who promote their shows.

Great idea very important. Tallaght Theatre on greenhills road is very good too and is not for profit so should be cheap enough. Liberties use it sometimes for their performances I've no details unfortunately.
