failed update/validation problem

    Have a problem with a dell inspiron 15r 0S W7 ;wont update and sometimes gives a pop up saying windows might not be genuine so i go to validate windows it says its not a valid copy of windows.it say there is missing files or corrupted files that windows needs to operate properly.it is a valid copy as its the one that came with the pc.iv gone to the Microsoft site and downloaded fix's but none have worked.please need help with this one.:mad::mad::mad:

    Reactivate Windows by phone, get on to a customer service rep and explain your problem. Have the license key from the COA sticker handy.

    Got it sorted i ran check disk it fixed the update problem,downloaded the updates and that fixed the windows genuine problem.
