Hi I have a 2006 Ford focus 1.4 petrol car and its leaking oil from the place indicated on the photo attached. Anyone any idea what the likely causes are and how much it would cost to fix. The oil needs to be topped up every couple of weeks and there are oil spots on the driveway.

    Thanks

Is it just me or is there a crack on the bottom left corner of it??

That's just the cover of a panel which comes off. I had a look inside it a found a kind of leaver mechanism but couldn't see where the oil is coming from.

Its a plastic cover over the selector cables. IIRC the gear oil fill bung is in there too so that could be leaking.
