    Anyone remember these? Can remember the races myself & my friends used to have on them. The only downside was that they were very easy to fall apart.

    I remember them, but IIRC we called the Lolo balls.

    Was wrecking my head trying to think of the name of them & did a look up on one of those 80's toy sites looking for them & pogo balls came up.

    Yeah I used to have one. Great craic, used to bounce all over the house with it. Annoyed me ma no end.
    The trick was not to leave them in a cold room and hop the ball part off the walls a few times before using it to warm it up beforehand so the air would expand inside, otherwise, you'd jump on it and the plastic ring would just slide off and slap off the ground.
