Recently laid off/ Do I qualify for Job Seekers Allowance?

Hi, I recently got laid off from my job which I worked at for a year. I'm 21 but don't have enough stamps for job seekers benefit. I'm living at home with my father and younger brother. My sister is in college and my father is making around 2,000 a month. Do I qualify?
