I have recently adopted a terrier cross. She is 5kg in weight.

I feed her dry food. At the moment i give her 50grams in morning and 50 in evening.

Is that ok or enough? Its all new to me!!!

Depends on the brand. Burns would be 50g a day and pedigree would probably be twice that. It should say on the bag how much to feed.

Depending on what you're feeding 100g sounds quite a lot. The bag should have amounts to feed on it.

It will usually have an indication as to what amounts to feed your dog on the side of the bag of food. I often find that it is a bit too much but it is a good guideline for what to feed. You could see how your dog is getting on on the food for a few weeks and then adjust as needed for your dogs needs.

Not all bags have guidelines. I buy mine in a local pet shop and its in a clear plastic bag.
