is this a reality price for a new porch?

€2200, quoted by a local lad approx size 1.6mx1.2m, fit a ceilling light, fit 50 insulated plastborad inside, pitched roof, fit 2 window to side of porch and 1 front door(labour only). price break down: 1. base work e700 2. wall e700 3. roof e800 4. fit window 50x2 n door e100x1 = e200 total 2200.
