    Evening All,

Small technical issue you might be able to help me with & save me having to ring SKY.

I have 2 sky hd plus boxes in my apartment. The box in the bedroom was only getting one feed, as I changed original box that wasn't wired for Sky Plus. As you know I could record on the box but not watch another programme whilst recording. This box was a newer model and received the latest TV Guide update.

However, the main box in sitting room did not receive the update so in my wisdom I swapped boxes today. Straight forward I thought.

But since I have swapped boxes the main SKY Box in the sitting room with the latest new TV guide even though connected the same wires, as older box is not letting me record & watch programme at the same time. Hope this makes sense.

    Any advice appreciated?

Press services - go to settings on top menu and signal on second menu - check if signal input 1 and 2 are both showing high signal strength and quality. if only one is showing to have signal then it is probably a problem with the cables or connections.

If they are fine then I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it. Best of luck.

Don,t touch your cables or connections.
    On sky remote press services,
    Press 0,0,1
    Press select button.
You will now see the installers menu.
Ensure the "enable single feed mode" in the settings section is set to "off". Save new settings and press backup to return.

    Thanks, both boxes working perfectly!
