06 Seat Alhambra 1.9tdi - DMF or DPF

    Hey Folks,

    Going to look at a few of these over the coming weeks, does anyone know if they would have DMF or DPF or both?

    I'd be looking at the 06 / 07 years and 1.9tdi, so just weighing up potential expensive problems if any.

    DMF yes, DPF no.

    Make sure you look at VW sharan's and Ford Galaxy's too, they are all the same Ford based/built car.

    Diesel Particulate Filter....in simple terms, it removes the soot from the Exhaust Gases on Modern Diesel Engines, they can get clogged up with a lot of stop start or short journeys on a Diesel...and can be very expensive to put right.
