its a joke. its opposite the model car racetrack and last time i was up there it was a small tarmac area that looks like it used to be a basketball court or something and there's waist height railing around it. no fencing, just a railing.

that was about a year ago, it may have changed since but i doubt it.

The dog area isn't great but if you can get to the park before 11am you can walk your dog off lead in any area of the park. It's a great place for walks my dog loves it!
