Problem with Sky Plus Box

    Seems only to have one page of nearly mostly 2% each show and the box is nearly full. Anyone know how to readdress it.? Will Sky give a new box

    Off the top of my head I can't give lots of advice.

    On the phone Sky will first try the usual, plug it out for 10min, then try some resets, eventually leading up to deleting all recordings off the box. Normally this would fix 99% of issues, so box might not need replacing.

    If you are still in your first years contract then yes they should try and help up to replacing the box, after the first year less so.

    If you threaten to leave, they may replace the box for free, but tie you into another 12 month contract.

    Best to search online for a few reset option, before ringing them on their premium number.

    It would be best to say here the exact make and model as written on the front and back of box and if recordings are very, very important to you.

    Also the model of software if you can get it from the menu.
