Polynesian tattoo artist in Cork

Hi Everyone,


I am looking for a skilled Polynesian tattoo artist in Cork City and am wondering if anyone has had any large tattoos in that style done. Some people have recommended Smiley Dog and Tribal Ink. They definitely have some great work but wanted to make sure people would still recommend them for Polynesian style tattoos with highly intricate patterns. Think Dwayne Johnson or see photo attached. Otherwise I was thinking about going to Michele Prezioso at Dublin Art Tattoo but would prefer to get it done in Cork.

Paul in Allstar Ink in Limerick does some nice tribal work

Check out Dave Barry. He does all styles of blackwork. I can't fault him at all.

A friend has a polynesian sleeve. He had some of it (around 25%) done by Raul (however you spell it) in Smiley Dogg. He said that Raul is a great artist, but had no interest in polynesian style stuff and so wasn't the right choice.

I've seen people with stuff done by Raul and it's great. Personally I wouldn't go to anyone in Cork for any tattoo. But that's my personal preference.
