    Hi all
It's that time of year again to start looking for a new road bike.
I've been very impressed with Canyon bikes of the lads in the club are using them.
I have a good chunk of cash saved for my dream bike.
All suggestion welcome on what I should have a look at.
It's going to be mostly used for sportives and hopefully an Etape.
    Thanks in advance.

I haven't really thought about selling it to tell you the truth. I'll keep you posted though if I decide to sell it.

    I'm done with suggesting Canyon.

So how about a Merida Scultura Comp 905 Di2 2013?

    http://www.wheelies.co.uk/p55269/Merida-Scultura-Comp-905-Di2-2013-Road-Bike.aspx

€3500 ish, leaves change for some 50mm tubs.

Ultegra Di2, sub-900g frame. Straightforward asian branding. What's not to like?

Lampre will be riding them next year (well, the flaxy SL version):

I wouldn't buy anything off the shelf, put something nice together, you have a very decent budget.

Colnago x-lite frame, super record, bling wheels

Or a reynolds 953 hand built

Oh wait, this isn't the "dream bikes" thread is it??

I have a feeling your request for help may not help very much OP! Good luck!
