I cancelled my UPC MMDS tv service on the 13th over the phone and also sent a letter giving 30 days notice on that date.
I haven't received confirmation that they have received this letter yet.

Can somebody tell the UPC email address to send to?

    Thanks

    Try resolutionteam@upc.ie

You could also contact them through the Contact Us Online Form on the website.

Contact your bank (usually you can do that online on the bank's site) and make sure the direct debit is stopped. This will prevent them from "accidentally" charging you again.

It is much easier to pay any amounts later than try to get money back. Tell your bank to not give them any of your money. They will probably ring you a half dozen time trying to win you back, unless you say you have moved provider and are happy. They will keep posting you spam until hell freezes over.
