I'm currently in the market for a car and just looking for some advice from motorists who drive either of the above!

Estima 2.4 auto mpg and running costs?
    Pros and cons.

And like wise for the stream 1.7 pros and cons, things to look out for.

Have about 6k to play around with.
    Thanks

Get the stream unless you need the huge size of the estima

Thinking that Colm, but the only thing is the kids aren't getting any smaller, had a Previa 2.2 diesel a few years back and loved it, but the only thing I'm worried about is the 2.4 petrol and the mpg.
We don't do big mileage prob 100-120miles a week sometimes less.

Has anybody got a 2.4 Previa or estima just to clarify what sort of mpg they get, we mostly just do short runs. But if would kill me to buy one and discover its only 17 mpg or worse!!

Even a Camry with the same engine would be heavy on fuel.

Official figure on a previs is 26mpg, estima should be similar.
You can get the previa in a manual 2.0 D-4D
