Scots Pine worth

Hello, I have an an acre and a half of scots pine trees. the plantation is aprox 45 years old, has easy axcess to a road and has never been thinned. Obviously it is difficult to estimate the price without seeing the timber but would anyoneone be able to give me a rough estimate. Thanks
