Arrears on Bill??

This months bill shows up arrears of 41.89 even though i paid the last bill in full. Any ideas?

Hi PaddyCar,

I'd need to have a look at the account in question to shed light on this - can you PM me your full name, address and contact number?

Generally speaking, this can happen if payment is made but doesn't reach our system before the next invoice is generated. Payments made in the post office, for instance, can sometimes take up to four working days to register on our system.
