Component MSFLXGRD>OCX not registered

    I sent an identical file to two friends.

    One can open it without problem, the other cannot and their PC displays the following message,

    Component MSFLXGRD>OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

    Would anyone have any ideas as to what this may mean?

    What type of file is it?

    It's a .exe file

    Could be antivirus blocking the file, or depending on what it is, be missing supporting packages.
