Two Bills ?

    I received my bill for the period 13th July to 10 Sept which was DD'd yesterday.

    Yesterday evening I received another bill for the period 11th Sept to 20 Sept (10 days)

    Why has there been two bills issued so close together and one for such a short time period?

    Hi tartlet,

    This would usually happen only on the request of the customer, so I would need to look into why another bill issued so soon afterwards. Did you submit a revised meter reading by any chance?
