LGBT walking retreats in the Burren!

    This place is running LGBT walking retreats in the Burren in Clare.
    I just wondered if anyone has been on one of these, what is it like?

    Or even if anyone is going on one?!

    I won one on GCN and I'm just a bit curious really!

    I can't believe I have never heard of this! Is it popular? I live less than 10 minutes down the road from it and I have never heard it mentioned before. Is it new? I wouldn't mind doing it, the Burren is amazing and really needs to be appreciated more, and I also need a bit more exercise after a very self-indulgent summer!

    I haven't gone on the walking weekends but did attend the Men's Weekend Retreat here last year, it was excellent. Great location, food and workshops - highly recommended!

    I think that they've been doing gay men's retreats for a while but the lesbian women's one is brand new.

    I think it'll be really good fun! :)
